School’s out, bags are (over) packed, and we’re heading to the beach with Austin’s family.
I’m trying to mentally shift from end-of-year chaos to something slower—bare feet, no real schedule, and kids running wild in the best way. It’s always a little hectic getting out the door, but once we’re there, it’s worth every bit of it.
Sharing a few beach-bound favorites: my go-to swim picks, the sunscreen I actually reapply, and a $25 terry set for the boys that might be the cutest thing in their suitcase (size up—it runs small). Easy, practical, and all coming with us.

Target is a great retailer for swimsuits - they are affordable and usually fit well. I love this black two-piece bikini styled with my Johanna Ortiz pareo, TKEES sandals (Finally found these fully stocked. If in-between sizes, go up), Always Coco Fine gemstones and heart pendant, Amazon sunnies (I get the most compliments on these and people are shocked to hear they are under $20. I got the "A2 Green Leopard" color and I promise they do not look like the stock photo!), and THIS Beauty Lip Polish in the shade “Slip”.
I live in kaftan dresses during the summer at the pool. The pattern on this one is so chic. I chose to pair it with my lace-up sandals (So basic, but so good), black bikini, ruffle tote bag, and more. Shop everything here.

This dress (Runs TTS) is stunning and looks so chic styled with my Prada denim jacket. It was a bit more formal than I imagined, but I paired it with a low sandal and my mini Hettie bag to dress it down. I loved this look so much!
